Renovation

Luxury residential renovation, from a single room to a whole house.

The offering

From luxury residential renovations to complete interior transformations, we take on the work that changes how a home lives, not only how it looks.

A renovation is a construction project wearing a design brief. We run both sides: the drawings and the trades, the sequence and the site.

You get one point of contact, defined timelines and transparent communication for the length of the project.

What is included

  • Full project management
  • Trades coordination
  • Defined timelines and progress reporting
  • Finishes and joinery
  • Snagging and handover
